About the exhibition
This day was dedicated to a meaningful cause. My first solo exhibition, held in the elegant lobby of the luxurious Octant Hotel Vila Monte, served as a companion event to the evening’s wine tasting and festive dinner for approximately 100 guests. The evening was organized by the StreetLife Animal Sterilisation Programme, a charity I regularly support. StreetLife has been coordinating and funding the sterilisation of dogs in the Eastern Algarve for several years through donations.
Over the course of the afternoon and evening, around 50 visitors attended the one-day exhibition. Approximately 30 small- and medium-format works were displayed on tables and easels throughout the hotel lobby, inviting arriving guests to pause and explore the art.
As a result of the exhibition, I was able to donate €615 to StreetLife from the sale of several works.
