How do I find the right piece for my space?

Can I see the artwork in person?

Yes. You are welcome to visit my studio in a calm, welcoming setting to experience the pieces firsthand. If you are located in the Eastern or Central Algarve, I can also bring a selection of artworks to your home so you can see how they feel in your space before deciding.

Can I reserve a painting?

Yes, you can. If you have found a piece you love but need a moment to measure your space or finalize your decision, please contact me to arrange a temporary reservation.

Do you offer prints or only originals?

I exclusively offer original artworks. Each piece is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation designed to bring a personal touch to your collection.

Technical Details & Care

Is the artwork signed?

Yes, every original piece is hand-signed by me, ensuring its authenticity as a unique work of art.

Are the paintings framed?

Works on paper are usually available framed. Most canvas artworks come unframed to offer you the flexibility to match your interior style, though I am always happy to offer guidance in choosing the right frame.

Are your works varnished?

This depends on the materials used. My mixed media paintings are very often varnished, while pure acrylic paintings are normally not. However, if you prefer a varnished finish for an acrylic piece, I am more than happy to do that for you upon request.

How do I care for my new painting?

To preserve the vibrancy of your art, keep it out of direct sunlight and away from high humidity and heath sources. For cleaning, simply dust the surface lightly with a soft, dry cloth.

Commissions & Custom Work

How does the commission process work?

It begins with a personal conversation about your ideas and inspiration. We then define the size and color palette through sketches. Once the vision is clear, a 50% deposit is requested to begin the creative process, with the balance due upon completion.

Shipping, Payment & Returns

What are my payment options?

Secure payments are available via bank transfer or PayPal. Cash is also accepted for in-person pickups or local deliveries.

Do you offer payment plans or installments?

Yes, I am happy to offer interest-free payment plans via bank transfer. Typically, the artwork remains in my studio until the final installment has been received, at which point it will be shipped or delivered to its new home. Please reach out if you’d like to discuss a schedule that works for you.

How does shipping work?

Your artwork is carefully packaged with a certificate of authenticity and tracking. I offer complimentary personal delivery within 50 km. For further distances, I arrange insured shipping (costs added separately). I also ship internationally; please contact me for a quote and note that local customs duties may apply depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

You may return an artwork within 14 days for a full refund (excluding return shipping) if it isn't quite what you expected. Please note that custom commissions are non-returnable, and charity-donated pieces are eligible for exchange only.
