Unleash your true self by embracing new beginnings

"Breaking the Pattern" is a vibrant painting that delves into the idea of old ways of living that no longer serve us, hindering our ability to experience life to its fullest.

It’s a visual representation of how, once recognized, these limiting patterns can be broken, making way for fresh perspectives and renewed energy.

The painting reminds us that the power to change and let our true selves shine through lies within us, a choice we can make every single day.

For those ready to shift old patterns

The inspiration for this painting came to me whilst I was contemplating about what truly matters in life and the feeling of being stuck in a repetitive cycle, much like a hamster wheel.

I believe that this feeling often comes from allowing circumstances to dictate our lives.

"Breaking the Pattern" is a call to action, an encouragement to disrupt these cycles and let your beautiful inner light radiate.

"Perhaps the biggest tragedy of our lives is that freedom is possible, yet we can pass our years trapped in the same old patterns."

Tara Brach

“Breaking The Pattern” is for anyone who feels the pull of stagnation and is ready to reclaim their power and transform their life.

If you're looking to consciously break free from what holds you back and embrace a more vibrant existence, "Breaking the Pattern" serves as a powerful visual reminder that you have the ability to steer your life in a new direction and let your inner light shine.

"Breaking the Pattern" stands as a symbol of liberation and renewal.

It represents the courage to confront outdated ways of thinking and living, and the profound liberation that comes from choosing a new direction.

The artwork embodies the belief that by consciously breaking free, we allow our authentic energy to emerge, leading to a more fulfilling and vibrant existence.
